Mercure Sibiu Arsenal

Very helpful personnel, good breakfast and restaurant available at the location. Late check-out helped me a lot. Silent area just across a nice park. Late check-out was discussed in advance and helped a lot. There are also some meeting rooms to be booked in case you need for business.

I really enjoyed staying at Mercure Hotel! The room was big, clean and the bathroom was amazing decorated. The breakfast had a great variety, but I suggest to add pancakes😉.My little sister was very enthusiastic about the pool, which was very well mantained. The staff (the front desk employees, waiters, cleaning ladies) was nice, helpful and they always had a big smile on their face. It was overall a great pleasure to stay there🥰

The breakfast at Mercure Hotel Arsenal Sibiu was amazing. We particularly enjoyed our terrace and its view, and the staff's behaviour and attitude was impeccable. Talked with my wife post check out, and we agreed this is definitely the place to come back to, in the future. Bonus, the indoor swimming pool is really great for relaxing. The hotel is located 2 steps away from the 'Sub Arini' (Roughly translated to 'Beneath the Alders') Park, which was really great to have a walk in and disconnect.

Very nice and comfortable hotel with great rooms, its own parking and nice restaurants.

The room looks better then on pictures. There was an issue with heating, but the friendly staff did managed to solve it during the day.
